Having always been interested in how the body functions, Dr. Andrew graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology. He then pursued a degree from Sherman College of Chiropractic, graduating as the valedictorian of his class. Dr. Andrew believes that the body is a self-healing and self-regulating organism. He says “It's amazing what the human body is capable when you give it a chance.”

KELSEY SCHNEIDER
Co-Founder | Chief Operations Manager
Kelsey grew up in Holly, Michigan. She graduated from Michigan State University, where she received her Bachelors of Social Work degree. After graduation, she married Dr. Andrew and they started their Chiropractic Journey. Kelsey has a passion for helping people, and that was the reason she went into Social Work, and quickly realized that she could continue to help people to achieve their optimal health goals by working along side her husband in helping to educate the community in which they lived. You won't see her in the office as much right now, since she is at home with her and Dr. Andrew's two wonderful kiddos. She is still working hard behind the scenes to help run the office.
My Chiropractic Story: I was only 13 when I got my first migraine. For about 10 Years, I suffered from severe migraine headaches. I went to doctor after doctor trying to find the cause to these migraines. I was given many medications which either did not work or would mask the pain. As a teenager, I didn’t want to miss out on my middle school or high school career so I learned to live with the pain. It wasn’t until I found a chiropractor in college that explained the cause of my migraines. With time and repetition, the specific chiropractic adjustments began to make a significant impact on the frequency and intensity of my migraines. One morning I woke up to the realization that I had not suffered with a migraine in an entire month! I still get adjusted as recommended to ensure that my body continues to heal from the inside out!

KRISTA
Chiropractic Assistant | Office Manager
Krista grew up in Ypsilanti, Michigan. She has been active her whole life, enjoyed playing volleyball and softball in high school then continued to play softball at the collegiate level. Krista played short-stop all 4 years and currently holds the record for most hit by pitches in a single season...Ouch! She graduated from Adrian College with a degree in Exercise Science. Krista studied Exercise Science because she enjoys learning about how the body functions and how to keep it functioning properly. You can typically find Krista in one of her many outdoor activities such as hiking, disc golf, hunting, fishing, rock collecting, going for walks and attempting to add golf and tennis to the mix.
Her chiropractic Story: "When I started chiropractic I wasn’t in any pain. I had no main concern, but was curious what my spine looked like since I was an athlete for most of my life. I knew I had put my body through a lot of wear and tear. Growing up it seemed like I went to physical therapy every year since I started playing sports. Physical therapy helped but all my issues still persisted after my allotted visits. Looking back, I wish somebody would’ve recommended chiropractic to me to find the cause of my pain and made sure my spine was in alignment. I just think how much better and a healthier athlete I could have been, but that is in the past.
Now under chiropractic care I am very in-tune with my body. Chiropractic allows my body to function properly when the pressure is removed from my nerves, allowing my innate intelligence to take over. Since being under regular chiropractic care, I have more energy, I have a strong immune system, and when I do tweak something from my active hobbies the recovery time is way less than before chiropractic. The most important benefit of chiropractic care for me is knowing I am taking care of my spine, so that when I am older and retired I can enjoy life with a healthy spine. I plan on being active my whole life and do not want back pain getting in the way!"

MORGAN
Chiropractic Assistant | Patient Advocate Morgan grew up in Redding, California. She is active and enjoys running, although she participated in many different sports throughout her childhood. Running cross country and track continued through high school and she was able to compete at the collegiate level for her first two years of college. Morgan graduated from Western Governors University with a BS in Health Services Coordination. New to the area, her and her husband have been exploring Michigan and soaking in all the simple joys of life here. Some of Morgan’s hobbies include going for walks, hiking, camping, exploring, going to the beach or lake and spending time with friends and family! Her chiropractic story: “Throughout high school and my first two years of college, I received chiropractic care for various aches and pains related to running. I felt so much relief from the pressure I was putting on my spine by getting adjusted regularly. With running being a high impact sport I realized how important it was to be aligned.” |
TANYA
Chiropractic Assistant | Patient Advocate
Tanya was born and raised in Waycross, Georgia until she turned 13 when she moved to Saline Michigan. Tanya graduated from Saline High School. Tanya then went on to pursue her dream of working with children while going to WCC to get her CDA and Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. After working with kids for 30 years Tanya realized it was time for a career change. In Tanya’s spare time she lives and breathes pickleball! She also loves disc golf, spending time with friends and family, going to the movies, hunting, fishing, sitting with her chickens, kayaking and enjoying her cabin up north where she helps care for others.
Her chiropractic story: "I had quite a few friends and family recommend that I start going to a chiropractor for my shoulder and back pain. I was very reluctant to give it a try in fear that with my luck something bad would happen. My friend started going to Steadfast and highly recommended that I give it a try. With the good Lord's help and guidance, I decided to call and make an appointment to see what it was all about. I am so thankful that I made that choice and listened to my friend. I started coming to Steadfast in December of 2022 and haven't regretted that decision at all. All the wear and tear of carrying children for 30 years is not good for my body and coming to Steadfast for adjustments has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Little did I know that a year and a half later GOD would open the door for me to make a career change to become a CA at Steadfast."
